I cannot say enough good things about Craft Rapids Workshop! I was looking for a company that could engrave my children’s original drawings onto a travel mug as a birthday gift for my husband. After researching several options, including larger, more established companies, Craft Rapids was hands down the easiest and most straightforward.

I actually discovered them through ChatGPT, which recommended several engraving businesses across the country. Craft Rapids was the third website I visited, and immediately stood out. Their website was incredibly easy to navigate, the entire process was clearly explained, and, unlike other companies, I didn’t have to request a custom quote just to figure out what the project would cost.

For the price, I genuinely wondered if it was too good to be true. It wasn’t! The advertised price was exactly what I paid, with the only additional expense being return shipping. For the quality of the finished product, that is an incredible value.

I ordered my Contigo mug through Amazon and had it shipped directly to their workshop. I emailed the children’s drawings and a placement mockup, and Matt took care of everything from there. Communication was prompt, personal, and genuinely friendly. He even suggested adding the year to the design, a thoughtful little detail I hadn’t considered but absolutely loved.

The turnaround was remarkable. Within roughly two days of receiving the mug, the engraving was completed and shipped back to me. It even arrived in time for my husband’s birthday, which I hadn’t expected!

And the finished mug? Absolutely beautiful. The engraving is crisp, the original character of the children’s drawings was preserved, and the placement is exactly what I envisioned.
